You may notify Velts of a distance-purchase withdrawal within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to mandatory consumer-law exceptions.

Before sending anything back, contact us so we can confirm the correct return instructions and destination. Do not return products to the seller address unless we expressly instruct you to do so.

Please include your order number, full name, email used for the order, the item(s) concerned and whether the product remains sealed.
