Shipping & returns

Shipping. Velts currently serves Spain and France. Shipping cost, available service and estimated delivery time are calculated from a live supplier quote using the destination postcode and the actual products in the basket. We do not publish a fixed delivery promise before a live quote is available.

14-day withdrawal. For distance purchases, consumers may notify us that they wish to withdraw within 14 days after receiving the goods, subject to the mandatory rules and exceptions that apply in the destination country.

Cosmetics and hygiene. Where permitted by applicable law, sealed cosmetics that have been unsealed after delivery and are no longer suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons may be excluded from the withdrawal right.

Change-of-mind return cost. Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or Velts agrees to cover it, the customer bears the direct return cost for a change-of-mind withdrawal. Contact us before returning any item so we can provide the correct return instructions and destination.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect goods. Mandatory consumer remedies remain fully applicable. Where the law requires it, Velts bears the reasonable return cost for faulty, damaged, non-conforming or incorrectly supplied goods.

Refunds. Approved refunds are made to the original payment method, subject to the timing and conditions required by applicable consumer law. We may wait for the returned goods, or evidence that they were sent, where the law permits.
