Markets and currency. The storefront is prepared for consumers in Spain and France and prices are displayed in euro. Any tax, import or consumer-law treatment that is legally mandatory for the destination remains applicable even if these terms are more restrictive.

Products. Velts resells original third-party skincare products. Product descriptions, ingredients, warnings and usage information must come from supplier or manufacturer data. We do not make medical claims or fabricate product characteristics.

Availability. Product availability depends on live supplier stock. An item shown in the catalogue is not considered available for dispatch unless the supplier-backed inventory check confirms stock.

Shipping. Shipping price and delivery estimate are calculated using a live supplier quote for the destination and basket. Final checkout remains blocked if a valid shipping quote is not available.
